This is where everything is at stake: the same origin , depending on whether it is burned indiscriminately or carefully revealed, can go from the banal to the sublime.
Industrial roasting: when taste is sacrificed
Major supermarket brands roast quickly, intensely, and often blindly. The result?
❌ Ultra-dark roast, sometimes up to 240-250°C
❌ Marked bitterness, charred aromas
❌ No respect for the original aromatic profile
❌ Mass production, without distinction of terroir
The goal? To standardize the taste for a coffee that "goes with everything." But we forget the richness, the subtlety, the life of the bean. We extinguish it , literally.

Custom recipes : we adapt each roasting curve according to the origin, the process, the SCA scoring and… your extraction method (V60, espresso, mocha, etc.)

We roast our own beans in small quantities in Paris to guarantee freshness and absolute respect for the bean.
