LIPERLI was born from the meeting between two friends, Jack & Kamal, driven by a shared passion for coffee.
It was while sharing moments over a cup of coffee that the idea of ​​creating a brand dedicated to the art of coffee emerged. With 10 years of experience in the world of coffee, we have developed a true expertise, combining research, improvement, and high standards.

From the very beginning, we undertook extensive research to identify the best terroirs, the most innovative production methods, and the most refined recipes.

Our goal was clear: to share our finest finds with you and make each tasting a unique experience. By combining tradition and innovation, we are committed to revealing the richness and diversity of the coffees we carefully select, creating an extraordinary sensory experience.

At LIPERLI, every coffee we roast is the result of meticulous and passionate work by our entire team, from the founders to the artisan roasters. We exclusively select specialty coffees with an SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) score above 84, a guarantee of exceptional quality. This high standard allows us to offer you coffees of remarkable finesse and complexity.

We regularly offer pop-up coffees made from micro-lots and nano-lots. A micro-lot is a limited production, often from a single plot on a farm, while a nano-lot is even rarer, producing only a few bags. These exceptional coffees are grown in unique conditions, making each batch impossible to reproduce exactly.

We value not only the beans we select, but also the men and women who produce them. Their expertise and commitment to sustainable farming practices are essential to the uniqueness of our coffees. It's this alliance between terroir, producer, and our expertise that makes every cup of LIPERLI an exceptional experience.

Roasting is a crucial step that transforms green beans into an explosion of flavors and aromas. At LIPERLI, we adapt each recipe based on the bean type and the extraction method the coffee will be used for, whether it's a rich espresso or a delicate infusion. This tailored approach allows us to enhance each origin and guarantee a unique experience.

We precisely adjust a multitude of essential parameters: the atmospheric pressure inside the oven, the rotation speed of the drum, the air temperature... Every detail counts and is an integral part of our expertise to reveal the complexity of the grains.

We use state-of-the-art roasting equipment to ensure optimal precision. By roasting with gas, we have complete control over flavor development while preserving the coffee's intrinsic qualities. By choosing biogas, we reinforce our commitment to the environment.

Our recipes are the result of continuous research, in a perpetual quest for excellence.

Each recipe is carefully crafted, and even the water we use is chosen to enhance our drinks.

In addition to the classics, we've created unique recipes like the Cococcino, Spiced Latte, and various Dirty Lattes, which bring a touch of creativity to our menu. For those who prefer something other than coffee, we offer a wide selection of teas from the finest Parisian brands. Our Chai Latte, Golden Latte, Matcha Latte, and many other surprises will also delight you.

As for the delicacies, our pastries and viennoiseries are carefully selected and sourced from the best pastry chefs, some of whom are Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (Best Craftsmen of France). We don't make them ourselves, but we have selected the most talented artisans to perfectly complement your experience.
