A distinctive coffee from the Ethiopian highlands

The Gedeb district, nestled in the fertile highlands of southern Ethiopia, is renowned for producing some of the country's most expressive coffees. At an altitude of 2,200 meters , the coffee trees benefit from rich volcanic soil , regular rainfall , and an ideal microclimate that promotes the slow ripening of the cherries—a guarantee of aromatic complexity.

Harvested primarily by hand , this batch involved over 150 local women , contributing to employment and high-quality selective picking. The coffee is produced ethically and with respect for the environment .

Aromatic profile: intense fruitiness and delicate floral notes
This set reveals an expressive cup, both joyful and precise:
Floral bouquet and peach scent
Hibiscus, lavender , molasses and Earl Grey on the palate
Medium citric-tartaric acidity , juicy body and long, clear, very "tea-like" finish

Recommended methods
This natural Yirgacheffe reveals a surprising finesse in espresso , with a clean floral attack, a lively fruitiness and a perfectly balanced acidic structure.
Using a gentle method , it develops a clean, luminous and delicate profile, while allowing the floral character to bloom elegantly.
