Monte Perla, between volcanoes, nature and coffee culture
Finca Monte Perla is located in the Unión Juárez region, in southern Chiapas, on the volcanic foothills of the Sierra Madre . At over 1,200 meters above sea level , the coffee trees thrive in rich soils, benefiting from a temperate climate and abundant biodiversity.
Owned by Fernando Neumann , Monte Perla distinguishes itself through an approach that combines specialty coffee production , environmental preservation, and a commitment to conscious tourism. The finca is also known for its natural viewpoint, La Piedra , a privileged vantage point overlooking the surrounding valleys and an iconic landmark of the region.

This batch comes from a single estate , processed using the washed process , then dried on patios , a traditional method that promotes a clean and balanced expression of the coffee.
The Mundo Novo and Oro Azteca varieties bring structure, sweetness and regularity, offering a cup true to the identity of the Chiapas terroir.
